Building on 30 years of experience LaVita ice cream has grown to become a professionally run organisation with the largest fleet of state-of-the-art, HSE approved ice cream vans in the country. Working from our 4000sq ft facility in the Eastlink Business Park, Limerick we can cater for any event, any size, anywhere in Ireland.
Ancient civilizations have served ice for cold foods for thousands of years. In 62 AD, the Roman emperor Nero sent slaves to the Apennine Mountains to collect snow to be flavoured with honey and nuts.
It took us a while but we have finally perfected it! Here at La Vita ice cream we use only natural ingredients in creating our mouth watering ice cream. La Vita’s friendly and helpful staff are professionally trained and our hygiene standards are second to none, providing you, the client, with the ultimate ice cream experience.
